Roxie came to MNSR after having experienced some traumas in her life. She was understandably very particular about choosing her forever family, and she gave her paw of approval to the 3^rd family she met. Roxie was one of the senior Shelties that have graced our house, and the most beautiful dog I have ever seen. When it became too difficult for her to continue to walk on 3 legs at age 16, she got a doggie stroller of her own, and became quite the hit around our senior place as "the pretty little Lassie with her own wheels." Our little three-legged wonder Sheltie, Roxie was called to the Rainbow Bridge on May 17th, 2019. I’m convinced she’s romping around with all legs restored, waiting impatiently for her Daddy to appear!
