Mr. Marley Man had a peaceful transition with the help of MN Pets after a brief battle with TCC (transitional cell carcinoma). He was a fighter and enjoyed all the extra love we gave him these last months. We are so very grateful that we were chosen to be his forever family by Karen/Minnesota Sheltie Rescue in 2011. He was just what we needed to heal our hearts after the loss of our Guinness earlier that year. Marley was my first rescue, my first new not-a-puppy, and my introduction to herding breeds. |

We will always remember when we met Bella at Jeanne’s house, we loved her from that first moment. Bella let us hold her, hug her, and kiss her…our sweet beautiful princess. We are always going to be very grateful for her letting us be her parents; she changed our lives… she brought so much love and happiness to our family. |

Blue quickly convinced her foster family that she was meant to stay. She always came running whenever she heard anyone using the ice machine on the refrigerator, eagerly awaiting her ice cube. She loved to watch TV on dad’s lap, and lie in mom’s arms for ear scratches and leg stretches. Every morning she had to make a couple of laps through the house as fast as she could go. |

It was love at first sight when Nisse first laid eyes on her new mom and dad and the feeling was mutual. Nisse loved every minute of being outside, chasing squirrels, and supervising all yard activities. She was the sweetest pup, who enjoyed as many tummy scratches as she could get! How thankful and lucky we were to have Nisse in our lives. She was a constant source of joy and love, and a great big sister to her little humans. |
